AboutAt Gardiner & Larson Homes, we appreciate the great task of designing the backdrop of your life. Your home is the most important thing you own, and we take pride in the fact that every detail is thoroughly and carefully conceived and executed to be of top-quality. Although based primarily in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Gardiner & Larson homes have been built on Kiawah Island, SC, Stratton Mountain, and the Hamptons, Long Island.

The advantages of hiring a design-build team, rather than an independent architect and contractor, are many. One of the most important is that, because of many years of streamlined collaboration, design-build teams are generally more smoothly and efficiently run, with fewer change orders and none of the misunderstandings and “finger-pointing” that can often occur between unrelated architects and contractors.

Bill Gardiner, Jr. and his brother Bryan Gardiner are principals of the construction firm of the Gardiner Group, LLC. and have, along with their highly experienced team of both in-office and on-site project managers, have established a very fine reputation for building high-quality, high-end homes and renovations for over two decades.  As a result of their extensive experience and their longstanding relationship with tradesman and suppliers, they hold to the highest standard of quality and workmanship.  In addition, Bill’s long-standing relationships with Fairfield County realtors has given him the opportunity and experience to locate the perfect property for his clients’ needs.

Judy Larson, the principal designer of Judith Larson Associates, LLC and Gardiner and Larson Homes, has over 25 years experience in residential design and construction.  Her enormous passion for home design is apparent in all of the homes they build, and reflect consideration of every feature, big and small.  Judy works directly with her clients to design their homes with them and then coordinates the work of her talented team of residential designers and architects to produce both construction and detailed interior drawings and specifications.
